Electronic Fortification - who gets to be a legitimate citizen in this great global city? Security concerns are a big issue both in Delhi and London. Processes are underway to make the cities more 'secure' and 'safer' for the players and visitors attending the games. The city landscape is changing as does our ways of accessing and inhabiting spaces that are being monitored.
